Inside Our Barn
In our main barn we have 10 (14'x14') climate controlled boarder stalls and 2 foaling stalls (14'x20') keeping our stalls a warm 50 degrees during the winter months, and a cool 40 degrees during the summer. Our whole barn is equipped with a fly spray system. Each stall comes with rubber floormats, adequate drainage, hay feeder, grain bucket, automatic water, toy hanger rings (for owner provided toys), mineral blocks, and on the outside of our stalls each has a blanket bar, and a halter rack.
5 of our stalls have access to connected turn out runs, our barn managers open up the turn out doors on each stall for the horses to go outside if the weather is nice out. The other 5 stalls, those horses will be turned out individually during the day to stretch their legs and enjoy the gorgeous Colorado mountian air.
Each of our stalls in our main barn use a pelletted wood bedding, this decreases the amount of dust in the stalls, and are much easier to clean. (If you have a prefrence for another type of bedding this can be discussed)
Our isle way in the barn is made of a non-slip rubber making it safer for horses to walk on. Our barn has 3 locking shared tackrooms. Each having 6 saddle racks in each and plenty of room for multiple boarders to put all of their tack in. There is 2 wash rack with both hot and cold water available and cross ties in each. Our lower barn apartment/office is for our boarders use. This apartment/office has a full kitchen with a refridgerator, microwave, sink, and the basics of a kitchen. There is not a stove located in this apartment. There is a full bathroom and shower, as well as a washer and dryer available. There is a seperate room off of the kitchen area with a single bed available to spend a night or two in the barn if you wish. Our upper apartment in the barn belongs to our barn managers, if you cannot find them on the property they will probably be here, just use our phone in the lower office/apartment to contact them.

Pastures
We have 10 acres of pastures fenced off with white plastic fencing lined with hotwire. Each pasture has high nutrient filled grass for the horses to graze upon. Our 2 turnout pens for the barn horses are always available to boarders to use if there are no horses in the paddocks.
Each pasture has shelters for the horses with 3 sides, and a roof each with a fan to give the horses shade and a cool area to hide away from the sun, and in the winter we add plastic covers on the front of the shelters to keep the cool air out and the horses can walk in and out as they please.
Automatic heated waterers and hay feeders are located in each pasture.
